My name is Simon - I was born in London a good few years ago!

I am a former member of The Parachute Regiment and served my country with pride.

Since 1990 after a "three week holiday" to see my girlfriend's family in India I'm still traveling!

Whilst visiting NYC in 1994 my good friend Tim Jones - who was taught by Richard Killian - said he would teach me to paint with spray cans and we could travel around making a living doing it- my reaction "I'M IN MATE!!!"

Spray Paint Art:

Most people have seen spray paint art on social media or in major tourist locations, the "artists" created landscapes with just spray paint and household items in minutes.

But DO NOT LET ANYONE claim THEY invented it, or they used to do graffiti or whatever BS story, the artist who started it all was this man below, Ruben.

Spray paint art, or “aerosolgrafia,” was devised by Ruben “Sadot” Fernandez in the La Zona Rosa district of Mexico City in 1982.

Ruben then taught a few guys and they started painting in the tourist locations of Mexico such as Cozumel & Aculpulco for the rich Gringos :))

A couple of guys went to Venice Beach and In 1991 my dear friend and ex- business partner Richard (we sold jewllery together in Japan!) was on vacation and learned the technique from them.

He came back to the UK to teach me but I was in a complicated relationship and declined - so he flew back to Japan and taught our friend Tim.

They then went to Cannes Film Festival and cleaned up!

Then in 94 Tim came to the USA and showed me how to make one painting-

I WAS LIKE A FISH TO WATER! - as I LOVED art since I was a child.

When I first painted in NYC in 1994 there was a Mexican guy there Roberto who painted mainly nature scenes.

I wanted to do my own style and decided to focus on the skyline of Manhattan and whatever city I would visit, Hong Kong, Sydney, Tokyo, London, you get it!

I was the first artist EVER to do the NYC skyline - which was with the Twin Towers then.

One of my popular pieces is STILL the NYC skyline WITH the Twin Towers.

I do also paint the Freedom Tower New York City skyline of today too on request.

Since then I have travelled to most parts of the world, from OZ, Asia, Middle East, Europe and the USA - painting to huge crowds of people in major tourist attractions.

Presently I'm trapped in Las Vegas due to the Corona Crisis and for the first time I am making my paintings available online for you to get for your home or office.
